Thank you for your thoughts about the mausoleum fire where my brother, mother and dad are entombed.

You are right on track with your thought about big corporations not caring. It will be a month on Jauary 9, and they still have not sent families any kind of notification about what is happening.

I tried to explain to the director that lack of information and facts is going to stimulate legal response by families. He didn't get it, or maybe he did.

We are going to follow your advice and seek the advice of an attorney after the new year weekend to know how to protect my family in the mausoleum, or even relocate them. When I have been lied to once already, it doesn't go far in building trust.

I just lost my brother a year and three months ago. And, I loved my mother and dad so much. This is breaking my heart!
